A portrait and wedding photographer based in the Chicagoland area. I'm drawn to real emotion and images that feel raw and editorial. Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, 6–8 months out is ideal. Portrait sessions usually need one month in advance.
Do you travel outside the Chicago area?
Yes. Travel is available for weddings and portraits; a travel fee may apply, depending on how far I need to travel.
How long until I get my photos?
Portraits: one month. Weddings: up to three months.
How many images do I get?
For portraits, you'll get 10 fully retouched images. For weddings, you'll get 50 to 150 fully retouched images, depending on the size of the wedding.
Can I get unedited images?
I do not give out raw files, JPEGs, or any other unedited files. You will only receive fully edited images.
How will my gallery be delivered to me?
You'll get a full gallery through a password-protected link, where you can download it, order prints, and share it with friends and family for a month. After a month, the link will expire.
Will my images be shared on social media and the website?
Yes, they will be — not all of them, only a selected quantity.
Do I need a makeup artist for my session, or can you provide one?
It's always better to have some makeup on for the camera, unless you're going for a bare-faced look. I don't provide a makeup artist by default, but one can be arranged for an extra fee if you'd like.
Do I need a stylist for my session, or can you provide one?
I ask all my clients to bring 3–4 outfits to choose from, and I can always help style the outfits. If you need help from a professional stylist, you'll need to find one yourself — I don't provide stylists at this time.
How long is a portrait session?
Around 3–4 hours. Please plan accordingly.
What does the process for the wedding day look like?
Please contact me personally regarding your wedding day — every wedding is different, and everyone has their own way of wanting the day planned.
